Prices and payment

Prices are in euro. The basket shows the product total, any discount and the delivery charge before you pay. Payment is completed through Stripe or PayPal.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, details cannot be verified or fraud is suspected; any payment taken for a declined order is refunded in full.

Product information

We take reasonable care with descriptions, prices and photographs. Screen colour varies and textile measurements are nominal. If an obvious error affects your order, we contact you before it ships.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

The shipping and refunds and returns pages form part of these terms, including your right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or any other law that cannot be excluded, including your rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or copy its content for another business.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory law where you live. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to put it right.
