Rights that come first

Nothing on this page excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

The website

We take reasonable care with availability and accuracy but do not promise the website will always be uninterrupted or error free.

The products

The products are household bedding, blankets, pillowcases, mattress pads and protectors, rugs and accessories. They are not safety equipment. Follow the published care instructions.

Limits the law allows

Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you ordered.

Misuse

If unlawful misuse of the website causes us loss, we may seek recovery to the extent the law allows.
