Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs

• Free on orders of €50 or more.
• €22 below that. On an order under €50 the only method offered is Express Delivery, at that price.
• €22 for Express Delivery on an order of €50 or more, if you choose it instead of the free service.

Express Delivery is our fastest tracked service. We have never published a separate transit time for it, so we are not going to put a number here that we cannot stand behind. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you order.

How long it takes

Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed. Most orders leave within 24 hours.

Rural and island addresses can sit at the longer end.

Where we deliver

Everywhere in Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan.

Ireland only. The checkout takes an Irish delivery address with its county and Eircode.

Who carries it

FedEx, UPS, An Post and DHL, depending on where the parcel is going.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually 24 to 48 hours after you order. If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then use Track Your Order.

For logistical reasons items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked complete that is not on your doorstep: email theteam@customersupport.care with the order number and we will chase the courier.

If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, or by a date we agreed with you, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable time. If we still do not, you can end the contract and we refund everything you paid. That is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
